Building Belonging Through Anti-Bias Adult Culture

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In what ways do we elevate or silence our identities as adults in schools? How does that impact our relationships with students, our quality as educators and leaders, or our capacity to show up as our best selves every day? In this session, participants will explore their own sense of belonging and the existing conditions that contribute to or hinder anti-bias adult cultures in our schools. Collectively, we will share ways to build inclusive staff cultures within our communities that enable us to best support our students.
