Listening & Looking Forward with Gen Z

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A growing body of work has increased awareness of the values, interests, and political activity of Generation Z, also referred to as Gen Z or Zoomers. However, understanding this generation of young people is only part of the challenge. We must also prepare ourselves and our schools for a future where Zoomers are increasingly in positions of leadership and influence – and that includes helping them attain these critical roles. Attendees will find ways to listen and thoughtfully engage with the members of Gen Z as co-workers, classmates, and neighbors so that future plans for every sector of society are developed collectively. You’ll also hear about Gen Z charter perceptions in Washington based on the WA Charters’ 2024 statewide poll.
