Intentional Decision Making for Leaders

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Leaders are faced with the challenge of making critical decisions, and building investment for those decisions, on a daily basis. By applying a decision-making framework, leaders can create inclusive processes and build a roadmap for uniting school communities around collective solutions. In this session, participants will be introduced to the value and core tenets of intentional decision making. Participants will be provided with a challenge facing leaders and a decision-making tool to help arrive at a solution. Participants will be able to engage in a simulation and build skills that are applicable to everyday leadership challenges.
